Where is my order shipped from?

All orders on Banketang.com are shipped from China, and no products are shipped from other regions or countries.

How long does it take for delivery?

All orders are shipped from China, and logistics may take a long time, but all Bankerang products are sent to you by direct mail. Generally, the products can be delivered to you within 5-9 days.

What should I do if the product has quality problems or is damaged after I receive it?

If you experience quality issues with your product after receiving it, you can follow the steps below to protect your rights.
1. After receiving the product, you unpack and discover that it is damaged. You can take a photo and a 3-10 second video showing the damaged area and email them to Banketang. We will respond within one day after receiving your email.

Can I issue an invoice?

Yes, individuals and businesses can issue invoices.

Questions about refunds

1、Banketang supports only online payment methods. Refunds will only be made to the customer's original payment account. Thank you for your understanding and support.

2、It usually takes 7-15 business days for the refund to arrive in your payment account. If it is still within the stipulated time, please be patient.

3、Transaction fees: When paying by bank transfer, some transfer fees may be incurred. This may be charged by your card issuing bank or the intermediary bank. You can contact your bank to confirm.

4、Floating exchange rate: If you pay in local currency, your bank will refund you based on the current exchange rate, which may result in a smaller amount reaching your account.

5、While Banketang Buyer Protection is free for all buyers, the following fees are not covered:

1. Currency conversion fees charged by your credit card issuer.

2. Credit card transaction fees.

3. Variable exchange rates.

I no longer need the product, how can I return it?

If you wish to return the product for personal reasons other than quality issues, you will be responsible for the logistics and customs clearance fees incurred during the return process. If the issue is quality-related and you have communicated with Banketang via email, we will cover the return costs.

How is my order charged?

Banketang, the only payment method we cooperate with is PayPal. We do not support other payment methods for the time being. We will open other payment methods as soon as possible. When you place an order on Banketang, PayPal will deduct the cost of the product from your account and keep it in the PayPal platform guarantee. When you receive the product, if there is no quality problem, we hope you can confirm receipt as soon as possible.

Banketang will provide you with discount coupons from time to time according to operational needs. If you receive a discount coupon, please use it within the specified time.
